Cell Wireless Corporation is a unique Telecommunications company that is traded on the US NASD stock exchange (trading symbol CLWL.PK). The Corporation is an international VoIP Telco carrier that has developed and owns state of the art VoIP software technology, infrastructure, Telco switches and equipment.

Our services and technical division is located in Queensland, Australia, and our corporate offices are in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Commencing in January 2007 Cell Wireless’ new Philippines joint venture with KD Pacific Trading and Development Corporation Company starts. Our Telco partner Next Mobile, Inc. (NMI) is the Philippines’ only provider of digital wireless two-way radio communication. Combined with Cell Wireless WiFi, VoIP and long distance service technology and a low monthly fee, our Philippine members are able to make FREE calls between members anywhere in the Philippines and using VoIP, our members are able to communicate world wide for free.

January 2007 also commences the Cell Wireless Worldwide Technology Licensee program that is expected to produce sales of license fees, products and phone services through heavily advertised local businesses licensed by Cell Wireless and promoted by local licensees in their markets.
