processing, in 1997 we recognized that existing products were not
addressing market demands. We began developing a solution that would

Our idea was to expand the market for merchants

We incorporated in March 2000 as Virtual Money®
Inc., a privately-held company based in Texas.



As we developed our products, we became aware of

Marilyn Lindman Director of Special Projects	Marilyn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Social Work. She has spent the last 36 years working with young adults in the college environment. Her problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, editorial and writing skills, and willingness to learn and experiment with new computer and internet programs has made her invaluable to MPM. Her title is Director of Special Projects because we turn to her when we need something done that doesn’t fit anyone else’s job description. She always steps in and does it with excellence. She is also responsible for the Shopping Alert Team that will make sure you optimize the benefits of your own Power Mall.
Shawn Dowdy Director of Publishing	Shawn Dowdy, as Director of Publishing, is responsible for the distribution of our developing E-book series. She is also very involved, along with Sandi, in the research and creation of this series – our gift back to the world. Shawn's strong editing and writing skills are put to regular use by our Communications team. Her positive attitude, willingness to "think outside the box," and passion for helping equip others who want to make the world a better place are evident in all she does for MPM.
